Common use of LESSEE WILL OBTAIN PERMITS Clause in Contracts

LESSEE WILL OBTAIN PERMITS. Xxxxxx agrees to obtain and comply with all necessary permits for any Tenant Improvements and to conduct the Authorized Use. If Xxxxxx fails to obtain and comply with such permits, then Xxxxxx accepts full responsibility for any and all costs incurred by Xxxxxx, including actual attorneys’ fees. In this way, Xxxxxx agrees to be solely responsible for all damages, costs and expenses incurred as a result of Xxxxxx’s failure to fully comply with any necessary permit process and requirements.
