Common use of Lessee's Affirmative Covenants Clause in Contracts

Lessee's Affirmative Covenants. Lessee covenants and agrees that, so long as any amounts under this Lease remain unpaid, Lessee shall perform, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to perform, all covenants in this Section 6.
