Common use of Lessees Certificates Clause in Contracts

Lessees Certificates. At any time and from time to time upon not less than ten ( 10 ) days prior notice at the request of the Lessor, the Lessee shall execute and deliver, as directed by the Lessor, a certificate of an officer of the Lessee certifying as at the date thereof whether this lease is in full force and effect, whether or not it has been modified (and if so in what respect), the status of annual rent and other accounts between the Lessor and Lessee, whether or not there are any existing defaults on the part of the Lessor of which the Lessee has notice (and if so, specifying them) and as to any other matters in connection with this lease in respect of which such a certificate is reasonably requested.
