Common use of Lessees Compliance With Law Environmental Covenants Clause in Contracts

Lessees Compliance With Law Environmental Covenants. 8.1. Compliance with Legal and Insurance Requirements, Etc. Subject to Subsection 8.3(b) below and Section 12.2 (relating to permitted contests), Lessee, at its expense, will promptly (a) comply with all applicable Legal Requirements and Insurance Requirements in respect of the use, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration of the Leased Property (excluding any repair or restoration of any portion of the Leased Property required to be made by Lessor pursuant to Subsection 9.1(b) below, which repair shall be made by Lessor), and (b) procure, maintain and comply with all appropriate Licenses and other authorizations required for any use of the Leased Property and Lessee's Personal Property then being made, and for the proper erection, installation, operation and maintenance of the Leased Property or any part thereof.

Lessees Compliance With Law Environmental Covenants. 8.1. 8.1 Compliance with Legal and Insurance Requirements, Etcetc. Subject to Subsection Subsections 8.2(b) and 8.3(b) below and Section 12.2 (Article 12 relating to permitted contests, and subject further to the obligations of Lessor with respect to Capital Improvements as set forth in Subsection 9.1(b), Lessee, at its expense, will promptly (a) comply with all applicable Legal Requirements and Insurance Requirements in respect of the use, operation, maintenance, repair and and, to the extent of its obligations hereunder, restoration of the Leased Property (excluding any repair or restoration of any portion of the Leased Property required to be made by Lessor pursuant to Subsection 9.1(b) below, which repair shall be made by Lessor)Property, and (b) procure, maintain and comply with all appropriate Licenses permits, licenses and other authorizations required for any use of the Leased Property and Lessee's Personal Property then being made, and for the proper erectionoperation, installation, operation maintenance and maintenance repair of the Leased Property or any part thereof.
