LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAW," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAW," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of all governmental authorities of competent jurisdiction and any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater ground water conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether (iv) compliance with the terms and conditions of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. policy Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAW," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating rotating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iiiii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting collecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing enforcing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee Lessor or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAWApplicable Law," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants', relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Lessor shall, at its sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all Applicable Law as it relates to the specific obligations of Lessor found in Paragraph 7.2 below only.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and informationInformation, includingIncluding, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately Immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involvedInvolved) of any threatened or of actual claim, . notice, citation, . warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises Promises to comply with any Applicable Law.

Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, Lessee shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAWApplicable Law," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill spill, or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank)tanks, now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. , Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, including but not limited to, to permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAW," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five twenty (520) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAW,Applicable Law" which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, Lessee shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAWApplicable Law," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, bureau relating in any manner to Lessee's use of the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance by Lessee or storage tank), tank installed by Lessee now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. , Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAW," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately registration upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Leaselease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAW," Applicable Law", which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (iI) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law. LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAWApplicable Law," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters matter pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint compliant or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at LesseeXxxxxx's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAWApplicable Law," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. policy Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAWApplicable Law," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in to any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, hygiene and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release by Lessee or any of its agents, employees, contractors, sublessees, assignees or invitees of any Hazardous hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five fifteen (515) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, request provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAWApplicable Law," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, certificates evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.. Lessee shall, within five ten (510) business days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificatescertifications, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of or any documents involved) of or any threatened or actual claimclaim known to Lessee, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report within Lessee's possession and control pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAWApplicable Law," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law. LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's lessor’s written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's ’s compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Lessee shall, within five ten (510) business days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, to permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificatescertifications, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of or any documents involved) of or any threatened or actual claimclaim known to Lessee, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report within Lessee's possession and control pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAWApplicable Law," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this LeaseLease Paragraph 2.3, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAW," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to Lessee's use and occupancy of the Premises during the term of this Lease (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (iiiii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the Lessee's use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAW," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, shall at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAWApplicable Law," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements assessments and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (iI) industrial hygiene, (iiII) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iiiIII) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written requestrequest that are, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, Lessee shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAWApplicable Law," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law. See Addendum 6.3.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAW," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, permits and the requirements of any applicable government agencies, fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAWApplicable Law," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint compliant or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, At Lessee, shall, at Lessee's ’s sole cost and expense, Lessee shall fully, diligently and in a timely manner, manner comply with all "APPLICABLE LAW“Applicable Law," ” which term is used in this Lease to include all local, state and federal laws, codes, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's ’s engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises Real Property or Lessee’s use thereof (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance Substances or storage tanktanks), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee’s obligations hereunder shall include the obligation to make any and all alterations and improvements to the Real Property required in order to comply with Applicable Laws relating to the Real Property or Lessee’s use of the Property. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's ’s written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's ’s compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises Property to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAW," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the reasonable recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's ’s sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAW“Applicable Law," ” which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's ’s engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. policy Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's ’s written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's ’s compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAWApplicable Law," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i)) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.. 6.4

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole and cost and expense, fully, fully diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAW," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of or record, permitspermit, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises Premises, (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental environment conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrationsregistration, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, receipt notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint complaint, or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Lawlaw.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, Lessee shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, expense fully, diligently and in a timely manner, manner comply with all "APPLICABLE LAW," Applicable Law", which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the reasonable recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to Lessee's use of the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, shall within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, including but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately immediately, upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, claim notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAW,Applicable Law" which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permitspermit, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) 6 environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater ground water conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing . Evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAW," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. , Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAW," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, rules regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in to any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any and Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAW," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law reasonably specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAW," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, in under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAW," ", which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or of which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint compliant or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, Lease Lessee shall at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, expense fully diligently and an in a timely manner, manner comply with all "APPLICABLE LAW," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, directive covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, record permits the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, bureau and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, information including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAWApplicable Law," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable Applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at LesseeLxxxxx's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAWApplicable Law," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. policy Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAWApplicable Law," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacturemanlifacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAWApplicable Law," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenantsconvenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultantsconsultant, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premisespremises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, permits registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law reasonably specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except Expect as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, shall at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAWApplicable Law," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, hygiene (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacturemanufactures, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written requestrequest provide, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.. 6.4

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAWApplicable Law," which term Term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable Applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or and or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this LeaseLease and any addendum hereto, Lessee, Lessee shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAW," ", which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAW,Applicable Law" which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permitspermit, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater ground water conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but 5 not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing . Evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAW," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee Lessor shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, Lessee shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAW," ", which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including including, but not limited to to, matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy; provided, however, that notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing or elsewhere in this Lease, Lessee shall have no obligation to comply with any Applicable Law, or to take any other action, with respect to Hazardous Substances or the breach of Applicable Law or other matters that pertain to the presence of Hazardous Substances (or a breach of Applicable Law) which are in existence on or with respect to the Premises as of the Commencement Date, or that relate to the Existing Conditions or any of them, or that arise from Hazardous Substance introduced into the Real Property or the Premises during the Term by a third party. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining Pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAWApplicable Law," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, directives covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, fully diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAWApplicable Law," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, manifests applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, fully diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAWApplicable Law," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, permits the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, bureau and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, consultants relating in any manner to the Premises premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i1) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, effect and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAW," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, hygiene (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, effect and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAWApplicable Law," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations recom- mendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAWApplicable Law," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance Insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including Including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial Industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAWApplicable Requirements," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises such requirements (including but not limited to matters pertaining to to, (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Property and Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tankSubstance), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy, which govern or affect Lessee's use and/or occupancy of the Premises. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law Requirements specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable LawRequirements.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAWApplicable Law," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. , Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, Lessee shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAWApplicable Law," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, removal transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately immediately, upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAW," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.. 6.4

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, ; comply with all "APPLICABLE LAW,Applicable Law" pertaining to Lessee's use and occupancy of the Premises, which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, directives covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law. See Addendum 6.3.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, permits registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificatescertificate, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, Lessee shall, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAWApplicable Law," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to Lessee's specific use of the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five ten (510) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, information [INSERT 2A] including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee, shall, shall at Lessee's sole cost and expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, comply with all "APPLICABLE LAWApplicable Law," which term is used in this Lease to include all laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, covenants, easements assessments and restrictions of record, permits, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants, relating in any manner to the Premises (including but not limited to matters pertaining to (i) industrial hygiene, (ii) environmental conditions on, in, under or about the Premises, including soil and groundwater conditions, and (iii) the use, generation, manufacture, production, installation, maintenance, removal, transportation, storage, spill or release of any Hazardous Substance or storage tank), now in effect or which may hereafter come into effect, and whether or not reflecting a change in policy from any previously existing policy. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receiptreceiopt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.

LESSEE'S COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. Lessee shall, within five (5) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all documents and information, including, but not limited to, permits, registrations, manifests, applications, reports and certificates, evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Law specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving failure by Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Law.
