LESSEE'S CONTINUING OBLIGATION TO INSURE. Any termination by the Lessee of the Lease under this Section 6.1 shall not relieve Lessee of any liabilities to Lessor regarding Lessee's responsibility for having insured the Leased Premises for the benefit and interest of Lessor as provided under this Lease.
