Lessee's Flights Sample Clauses

Lessee's Flights. Lessee shall exercise Operational Control of the Aircraft during all flight operations conducted by Lessee. Further, at all times while the Aircraft is in the possession of Lessee, Lessee shall have exclusive possession, command, and control of the Aircraft, and the pilots of any flight by Lessee shall be under the exclusive command of Lessee.­ The parties acknowledge and agree that no Additional Lessee shall have any right or obligation to exercise Operational Control of the Aircraft in connection with any flight conducted by Lessee.
