Common use of Lessee’s Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Lessee’s Indemnification. Lessee shall indemnify, protect, defend and hold Lessor free and harmless from and against any and all suits, actions, claims, regulatory actions, liabilities, penalties, losses, injuries, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, resulting from the death or injury to any person, destruction or damage to property, arising from or caused by the presence, in or about the Property, of any Hazardous Materials placed on or about the Property by Lessee, or its agents, employees or Assignees, or at Xxxxxx’s direction, or by Xxxxxx’s failure to comply with all applicable Environmental Laws. Section 13.5
