Lessee’s Maintenance Program Sample Clauses

The Lessee’s Maintenance Program clause defines the lessee’s responsibility to establish and follow a maintenance schedule for the leased asset, typically an aircraft or equipment. This clause requires the lessee to perform regular inspections, repairs, and upkeep in accordance with manufacturer guidelines or industry standards, and may require documentation of all maintenance activities. Lessee’s Maintenance Program. (A) Prior to the expiration or termination of the Lease and upon Lessor’s request, Lessee will provide Lessor or its agent reasonable access to Lessee’s Maintenance Program and the logbooks and maintenance records in order to facilitate the Aircraft’s integration into any subsequent operator’s fleet; (B) Lessee will, if requested by Lessor to do so, upon return of the Aircraft, deliver to Lessor a certified, true, current and complete copy of Lessee’s Maintenance Program, provided that Lessor shall not disclose any such program to a third party without Lessee’s prior written consent or a court order directing such disclosure.
