Common use of LESSEE'S NOTICE OF DEFAULT Clause in Contracts

LESSEE'S NOTICE OF DEFAULT. Lessee agrees, provided the mortgagee, ground lessor or trust deed holder under any mortgage, ground lease, deed of trust or other security instrument shall have notified Lessee in writing (by the way of a notice of assignment of lease or otherwise) of its address, Lessee shall give such mortgagee, ground lessor or trust deed holder or other secured party ("Mortgagee"), simultaneously with delivery of notice to Lessor, by registered or certified mail, a copy of any such notice of default served upon Lessor. Lessee further agrees that said Mortgagee shall have the right to cure any alleged default during the same period that Lessor has to cure such default.
