Common use of Lessee's Obligation for Lessor Clause in Contracts

Lessee's Obligation for Lessor. s Costs and Attorneys' Fees. Upon default, Lessee shall reimburse Lessor for all reasonable expenses of repossession and enforcement of Lessor's rights and remedies, together with interest at the rate of eighteen percent (18%) per annum, until the date of payment. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Lease, if Lessor places all or any part of Lessor's claim against Lessee in the hands of an attorney for collection, Lessee shall pay Lessor's reasonable attorneys' fees.
