Common use of Lessee’s Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Lessee’s Personal Property. All insurance proceeds payable by reason of any loss of or damage to any of Lessee's Personal Property or Capital Additions financed by Lessee shall be paid to Lessor and Lessor shall hold such insurance proceeds in trust to pay the cost of repairing or replacing the damage to Lessee's Personal Property or the Capital Additions financed by Lessee.

Lessee’s Personal Property. All insurance proceeds payable by reason of any loss of or damage to any of Lessee's Personal Property or Capital Additions financed by Lessee shall be paid to Lessor and Lessor shall hold such insurance proceeds in trust to pay the cost of repairing or replacing the damage to Lessee's Personal Property or the Capital Additions financed by Lessee.

Lessee’s Personal Property. All insurance proceeds payable by reason of any loss of or damage to any of Lessee's Personal Property or any Capital Additions Addition financed by Lessee shall be paid to Lessor and Lessor shall hold such insurance proceeds in trust to pay the cost of repairing or replacing the damage to Lessee's Personal Property or the Capital Additions financed by Lessee, unless Lessee elects to purchase the portion of the Leased Property relating to such Facility, in which case such proceeds shall be paid to Lessee.

Lessee’s Personal Property. All insurance proceeds payable by reason of any loss of or damage to any of Lessee's Personal Property or Capital Additions financed by Lessee and any business interruption insurance shall be paid to Lessee; provided, however, no such payments shall diminish or reduce the insurance payments otherwise payable to or for the benefit of Lessor and Lessor shall hold such insurance proceeds in trust to pay the cost of repairing or replacing the damage to Lessee's Personal Property or the Capital Additions financed by Lesseehereunder.

Lessee’s Personal Property. All insurance proceeds payable by reason of any loss of or damage to any of Lessee's ’s Personal Property or Capital Additions financed by Lessee and any business interruption insurance shall be paid to Lessee; provided, however, no such payments shall diminish or reduce the insurance payments otherwise payable to or for the benefit of Lessor and Lessor shall hold such insurance proceeds in trust to pay the cost of repairing or replacing the damage to Lessee's Personal Property or the Capital Additions financed by Lesseehereunder.

Lessee’s Personal Property. All insurance proceeds payable by reason of any loss of or damage to any of Lessee's Xxxxxx’s Personal Property or Capital Additions financed by Lessee shall be paid to Lessor Lessee and Lessor shall hold such insurance proceeds in trust promptly applied by Lessee to pay the cost of repairing or replacing the damage to Lessee's ’s Personal Property or the Capital Additions financed by Lessee.

Lessee’s Personal Property. All insurance proceeds payable by reason of any loss of or damage to any of Lessee's ’s Personal Property or any Capital Additions Addition financed by Lessee shall be paid to Lessor and Lessor shall hold such insurance proceeds in trust to pay the cost of repairing or replacing the damage to Lessee's ’s Personal Property or the Capital Additions financed by Lessee, unless Lessee elects to purchase the portion of the Leased Property relating to such Facility, in which case such proceeds shall be paid to Lessee.
