Lessee’s Remedy and Lessor’s Obligation. The Lessee’s remedy and the Lessor’s obligation and liability under this Article 3.1.3 are limited to the repair or correction of any Leased Part in which a defect appears, or, as may be mutually agreed, the replacement of such Leased Part with a similar part free from defect. Any replacement part furnished under this Article 3.1.3.3 shall be deemed to be the Leased Part so replaced.
