Lessee’s Representations. 8.1. I confirm that the data provided by me to the Lessor, necessary for conclusion of this Agreement, are true, accurate, correct and complete. In case of change of the data in the registration form is, I undertake to immediately update such data. By no circumstances the Lessor shall be liable for damage that occurred to the Lessee and/or third persons due to incorrect and/or incomplete personal data provided by the Lessee or failure to amend and supplement such data after it has changed.
