Common use of Lessee’s Representations Clause in Contracts

Lessee’s Representations. Lessee represents and warrants that (a) Lessee is a validly existing limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware and is qualified to do business in all states in which it is required to so qualify due to the nature of its business activities, (b) Lessee has the requisite power and authority to enter into this Lease and (c) this Lease has been duly authorized by all necessary action on behalf of Lessee.

Lessee’s Representations. Lessee represents and warrants that (a) Lessee is a validly existing limited liability company partnership organized under the laws of the State of Delaware and is qualified to do business in all states in which it is required to so qualify due to the nature of its business activities, (b) Lessee has the requisite power and authority to enter into this Lease and (c) this Lease has been duly authorized by all necessary partnership action on behalf of Lessee and by all necessary corporate, partnership or limited liability company action on behalf of the general partner of Lessee.

Lessee’s Representations. Lessee represents and warrants that (a) Lessee is a validly existing limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware and is qualified to do business in all states in which it is required to so qualify due to the nature of its business activities, activities and (b) Lessee has the requisite power and authority to enter into this Lease and (c) this Lease has been duly authorized by all necessary action on behalf of LesseeLease.

Lessee’s Representations. Lessee represents and warrants that (a) Lessee is a validly existing limited liability company corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware Tennessee and is qualified to do business in all states in which it is required to so qualify due to the nature of its business activities, (b) Lessee has the requisite power and authority to enter into this Lease and (c) this Lease has been duly authorized by all necessary corporate action on behalf of the Lessee.

Lessee’s Representations. Lessee represents and warrants that (a) Lessee is a validly existing limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware and is qualified to do business in all states in which it is required to so qualify due to the nature of its business activities, (b) Lessee has the requisite power and authority to enter into this Lease and (c) this Lease has been duly authorized by all necessary corporate, partnership or limited liability company action on behalf of the Lessee and the entity authorized to act on behalf of the managing member of the Lessee.

Lessee’s Representations. Lessee represents and warrants that (a) Lessee is a validly existing limited liability company entity organized under the laws of the State state of Delaware its formation and is qualified to do business in all states in which it is required to so qualify due to the nature of its business activities, (b) Lessee has the requisite power and authority to enter into this Lease and (c) this Lease has been duly authorized by all necessary action on behalf of LesseeLessee and its constituent entities.
