Common use of Lessee's Right to Cure Clause in Contracts

Lessee's Right to Cure. If the alleged default is nonpayment of any sums to be paid by Lessee under this Agreement, Lessee shall have thirty (30) days after notice is given to cure or contest the default. With respect to any other default, Lessee shall promptly and diligently after notice commence curing the default and shall have a reasonable period of time, in light of the circumstances, to complete the cure or, alternatively, contest such default.
