LESSEE'S USE OF PRODUCTION FOR ITS OPERATION. Lessee shall obtain an agreement with the surface owner and the owner of the water rights to use in its drilling, production and processing operations hereunder such amounts of water produced by Lessee's operations, or Substances produced from the Lands as may be reasonably required by Lessee for such purposes or as required under applicable laws and regulations.
