Common use of Lessor Affiliates Clause in Contracts

Lessor Affiliates. Lessee understands and agrees that Compaq Financial Services Corporation or any affiliate or subsidiary thereof may, as lessor, execute Advance Pricing Agreements and Schedules under this Master Agreement, in which event the terms and conditions of the applicable Advance Pricing Agreement or Schedule and this Master Agreement as it relates to the lessor under such Advance Pricing Agreement or Schedule shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of such entity executing such Advance Pricing Agreement or Schedule as lessor, as well as any successors or assigns of such entity.

Lessee understands and agrees that Compaq Financial Services Capital Corporation or any affiliate or subsidiary thereof may, as lessor, execute Advance Pricing Agreements and Schedules under this Master Agreement, in which event the terms and conditions of the applicable Advance Pricing Agreement or Schedule and this Master Agreement as it relates to the lessor under such Advance Pricing Agreement or Schedule shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of such entity executing such Advance Pricing Agreement or Schedule as lessor, as well as any successors or assigns of or such entity.
