Lessor Affiliates. Lessee understands and agrees that Hewlett-Packard Financial Services Company or any affiliate or subsidiary thereof may, as lessor, execute Schedules under this Master Agreement, in which event the terms and conditions of the applicable Schedule and this Master Agreement, as it relates to the lessor under such Schedule, shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of such entity executing such Schedule as lessor, as well as any successors or assigns of such entity.
