Lessor Holds Leasehold Interest During Term. During the Term of this Lease, the Lessor does and shall hold a leasehold interest in the Property pursuant to the Site Lease. The District shall take any and all actions reasonably required, including but not limited to executing and filing any and all documents reasonably required, to maintain and evidence such title and interest at all times during the Term of this Lease.
