Lessor may Terminate Sample Clauses
Lessor may Terminate. If the Lessor considers the damage to the Premises renders it impractical or undesirable to carry out the Reinstatement Works, the Lessor may terminate this Lease by giving not less than thirty (30) days’ notice to the Lessee and, at the expiration of that notice, this Lease will terminate.
Lessor may Terminate. If the Lessor considers the damage to the Premises renders it impractical or undesirable to reinstate the Premises or the Building, it may terminate this lease by giving the Tenant at least one (1) month's notice ending on any day of the month. At the end of that month's notice, this lease ends.
