Lessor Performance of Lessee Obligations. Without having any obligation to do so, the Lessor may perform or pay any obligation which Lessee has agreed to perform or pay in this Lease and Lessee and Guarantor shall reimburse the Lessor for any amounts paid by the Lessor pursuant to this Section 41.6.2.
