Lessor Rights and Remedies. If an Event of Default occurs, Lessor may at its option (and without prejudice to any of its other rights or remedies under this Agreement or available under applicable Law), at any time thereafter while such Event of Default is continuing (and subject to compliance with any non-waivable mandatory requirement of applicable Law then in effect): (i) accept such repudiation and by notice to Lessee and with immediate effect, terminate the leasing of the Aircraft or, if such leasing has not yet commenced, terminate Lessor’s obligations under this Agreement (but, in each case, without prejudice to any continuing obligations of Lessee under this Agreement (including to provide Insurance, maintain and repair the Aircraft and/or redeliver the Aircraft at the location and in the condition required hereunder)), whereupon all rights of Lessee under this Agreement shall cease; and/or ***** Confidential portions of the material have been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. (ii) proceed by appropriate court action or actions to enforce performance of this Agreement and/or to recover damages for the breach of this Agreement; and/or (iii) either:
