Common use of Lessor Yield Clause in Contracts

Lessor Yield. (a) The Lessor Advance shall bear yield calculated at the rate of Lessor Yield applicable from time to time. Subject to Section 5.1(b), the Lessee shall pay as Basic Rent to the Agent for distribution to the Lessor the Lessor Yield in arrears on each Scheduled Payment Date or as otherwise provided herein or in Section 8.7 of this Agreement.
