LESSOR'S ACCESS. Lessor and Lessor's agents shall have the right to enter the Premises at reasonable times for the purpose of inspecting the same, showing the same to prospective purchasers, lenders, or lessees, and making such alterations, repairs, improvements or additions to the Premises or to the building of which they are a part as Lessor may deem necessary or desirable. Lessor may at any time place on or about the Premises any ordinary "For Sale" signs and Lessor may at any time during the last 120 days of the term hereof place on or about the Premises any ordinary "For Lease" signs, all without rebate of rent or liability to Lessee.
LESSOR'S ACCESS. 32.1 Lessor and Lessor's agents shall have the right to enter the Premises at reasonable times for the purpose of inspecting the same, performing any services required of Lessor, showing the same to prospective purchasers, lenders, or lessees, taking such safety measures, erecting such scaffolding or other necessary structures, making such alterations, repairs, improvements or additions to the Premises or to the Office Building Project as Lessor may reasonably deem necessary or desirable and the erecting, using and maintaining of utilities, services, pipes and conduits through the Premises and/or other premises as long as there is no material adverse effect to Lessee's use of the Premises. Lessor may at any time place on or about the Premises or the Building any ordinary "For Sale" signs and Lessor may at any time during the last 120 days of the term hereof place on or about the Premises any ordinary "For Lease" signs.
32.2 All activities of Lessor pursuant to this paragraph shall be without abatement of rent, nor shall Lessor have any liability to Lessee for the same.
32.3 Lessor shall have the right to retain keys to the Premises and to unlock all doors in or upon the Premises other than to files, vaults and safes, and in the case of emergency to enter the Premises by any reasonably appropriate means, and any such entry shall not be deemed a forceable or unlawful entry or detainer of the Premises or an eviction. Lessee waives any charges for damages or injuries or interference with Lessee's property or business in connection therewith.

LESSOR'S ACCESS. The LESSOR or agents of the LESSOR may, at reasonable times, enter to view the leased premises and may remove placards and signs not approved and affixed as herein provided, and make repairs and alterations as LESSOR should elect to do and may show the leased premises to others, and at any time within three (3) months before the expiration of the term, may affix to any suitable part of the leased premises a notice for letting or selling the leased premises or property of which the leased premises are a part and keep the same so affixed without hindrance or molestation.

LESSOR or agents of LESSOR may at any reasonable time enter to view the leased premises, to make repairs and alterations as LESSOR should elect to do for the leased premises, the common areas or any other portions of the building, to make repairs which LESSEE is required but has failed to do, and to show the leased premises to others.

LESSOR'S ACCESS. Lessee acknowledges that the Premises are only a portion of the Land and the Building, and that neither Lessee nor its employees, invitees, licensees, subtenants or contractors may have access to any other portion of the Land or the Building. Lessee acknowledges that Lessor and Lessor’s agents shall have the right to enter the Premises at any times as Lessor may deem necessary or desirable. Lessor may at any time place on or about the Premises any ordinary “For Sale” signs and Lessor may at any time during the last 120 days of the term hereof place on or about the Premises any ordinary “For Lease” signs, all without rebate of rent or liability to Lessee.
LESSOR'S ACCESS. The Lessor or his agent shall be entitled at all reasonable times to enter the Premises to inspect the condition thereof and with its workmen, agents or others, to execute such repairs to the Premises, both external and internal, as shall be compatible with the proper repair and upkeep of the Premises and the Building.
LESSOR'S ACCESS. Lessor and Xxxxxx’s agents shall have the right to enter the Premises at reasonable times between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays for the purpose of inspecting the same, showing the same to prospective purchasers, lenders, consultants and other professionals and making such alterations, repairs, improvements, or additions to the Premises as Lessor may deem necessary or desirable. In connection with such entry and in connection with carrying out any of its responsibilities hereunder or its privileges as the owner of the Premises, Lessor shall be entitled to erect such scaffolding and other necessary structures or equipment as reasonably may be required by the character of the work to be performed, provided that Lessor shall not unreasonably interfere with the conduct of Xxxxxx’s business. Except as specifically provided herein to the contrary, no entry by Lessor hereunder nor any work performed by Xxxxxx to the Premises shall entitled Lessee to terminate this Lease or to a reduction or abatement of rent or other amounts owed by Lessee hereunder nor to any claim for damages. Lessor may at any time place on or about the Premises any ordinary “For Sale” and “For Lease” signs. Lessor and Xxxxxx’s agent shall have the right to enter the Premises at any time in the case of an emergency.
