LESSOR'S ACCESS; SHOWING PREMISES; REPAIRS. Lessor and Lessor's agents shall have the right, by escort, to enter the Premises at any time, in the case of an emergency, and otherwise at reasonable times, upon 24 hour advance notice to Lessee, during normal business hours without interfering with Lessee's business, for the purpose of showing the same to prospective purchasers, lenders, or lessees, and making such alterations, repairs, improvements or additions to the Premises as Lessor may deem necessary. All such activities shall be without abatement of rent or liability to Lessee. Lessor may at any time place on the Premises any ordinary "For Sale" signs and Lessor may during the last six (6) months of the term hereof place on the Premises any ordinary "For Lease" signs. The placement of signs by Lessor shall be subject to Lessee's approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Lessee may at any time place on or about the Premises any ordinary "For Sublease" sign.

All such activities shall be without abatement of rent or liability to Lessee. Lessor may at any time place on the Premises any ordinary "For Sale" signs and Lessor may during the last six (6) months of the term hereof place on the Premises any ordinary "For Lease" signs. The placement of signs by Lessor shall be subject to Lessee's approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Lessee may at any time place on or about the Premises any ordinary "For Sublease" sign.

Lessor and Lessor's agents shall have the right, by escort, right to enter the Premises at any time, in the case of an emergency, and otherwise at a reasonable times, upon 24 hour advance notice to Lessee, times during normal business hours without interfering with Lessee's businessand no less than (24) hours advance notice, for the purposes set forth in Paragraph 6.4 and for the purpose of showing the same to prospective purchasers, . lenders, or lessees, lessees within last (120) days of the term and making such alterations, repairs, improvements or additions to the Premises building of which they are a part, as Lesser may reasonably deem necessary. Lessor may deem necessaryat any time place on or about the Premises or building any ordinary "For Sale" signs and Lessor may at any time during the last one hundred-twenty (120) days of the term hereof place on or about the Premises any ordinary "For Lease" signs. All such activities of Lessor shall be without abatement of rent or liability to Lessee. Any entrance Lessor may at any time place on into the Premises any ordinary "For Sale" signs and Lessor may during the last six (6) months shall only be done with a representative of the term hereof place on the Premises any ordinary "For Lease" signs. The placement of signs by Lessor Lessee present, shall be subject done in a manner as to preserve the confidentiality pf Lessee's approval, which approval operations and business records and shall not be done in such a manner as to cause the least interference with Lessee's conduct of business as possible and in no event shall materially or unreasonably withheld. Lessee may at any time place on or about interfere with the Premises any ordinary "For Sublease" signconduct of Lessee's business.

Lessor and Lessor's ’s agents shall have the right, by escort, right to enter the Premises at any time, in the case of an emergency, and otherwise at reasonable times, times upon 24 hour advance reasonable prior written notice to Lessee, during normal business hours without interfering with Lessee's business, for the purpose of showing the same to prospective purchasers, lenders, or lesseestenants, and making such alterations, repairs, improvements or additions to the Premises as Lessor may deem necessary. Lessee shall have the right to have its employee accompany Lessor and Lessor’s invitees during such showings. It is further understood and agreed that, because Lessee is a financial institution, Lessor shall not have the right to examine or inspect Lessee’s books, records and other information located at the premises, except to the extent permitted by the lessee’s primary regulator. All such activities shall be without abatement of rent or liability to Lessee. Lessor may at any time place on the Premises any ordinary "“For Sale" ” signs and Lessor may during the last six (6) 6 months of the term hereof place on the Premises any ordinary "“For Lease" ” signs. Lessee may at any time place on or about the Premises any ordinary "For Sublease" sign.

Lessor may at any time place on or about the Premises or building any ordinary "For Sale" signs and Lessor may at any time during the last one hundred twenty (120) days of the term hereof place on or about the Premises any ordinary "FOR LEASE" signs. All such activities of Lessor shall be without abatement of rent or liability to Lessee. Lessor may at any time place on Any entry of the Premises any ordinary "For Sale" signs and Lessor may during the last six (6) months of the term hereof place on the Premises any ordinary "For Lease" signs. The placement of signs by Lessor and Lessor's agents shall be subject to comply with all reasonable security measures of Lessee and shall not impair Lessee's approvaloperations more than reasonably necessary. During any such entry, which approval Lessor and Lessor's agents shall not at all times be unreasonably withheld. Lessee may at any time place on or about the Premises any ordinary "For Sublease" signaccompanied by Lessee.

Lessor may at any time place on the Premises any ordinary "For Sale" signs and Lessor may during the last six (6) months of the term hereof place on the Premises any ordinary "For Lease" signs. The placement of signs by Lessor shall be subject to Lessee's approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Lessee may at any time place on or about the Premises any ordinary "For Sublease" sign.
