Common use of LESSOR'S Administrative Services Clause in Contracts

LESSOR'S Administrative Services. LESSOR agrees to provide certain administrative services to assist LESSEE in the performance of LESSEE'S obligations under Paragraphs 7, 8.2, 8.3 and 10 of the Lease in consideration for LESSEE'S monthly payment of an administrative fee to LESSOR of three percent (3%) of the Base Rent per month ("Administrative Fee"). Such Administrative Fee shall be payable as a part of the Operating Expenses payable by LESSEE.
