Common use of Lessor’s Costs and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Lessor’s Costs and Expenses. Lessee shall be responsible for and shall pay on demand by Lessor, all of Lessor's reasonable costs and expenses incurred in connection with the negotiation and preparation of this Lease, including without limitation, the reasonable fees and expenses of Lessor's attorneys.
