Lessor's Lease of Leased Equipment. For a nominal fee, Lessor shall lease from Lessee the Leased Equipment during the terms of this Agreement. A list of this equipment is attached hereto as Exhibit C and incorporated by reference herein. Lessor shall have no responsibility for the loss of or damage to the Leased Equipment during the terms of this Agreement and Lessee shall bear all such responsibility.
