LESSOR'S PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS. Any obligation of LESSOR under this Lease to pay or release any amount to LESSEE is conditioned upon (a) all amounts then due and payable by LESSEE to LESSOR under this Lease or under any other agreement between LESSEE and LESSOR or a direct or indirect subsidiary of LESSOR having been paid in full, (b) all amounts then due and payable by LESSEE under any aircraft or aircraft equipment lease agreement which is managed by LESSOR on behalf of another Person having been paid in full and (c) no Default or Event of Default having occurred and continuing hereunder at the time such payment or release of payment is payable to LESSEE.
