Common use of Lessor’s Reliance Clause in Contracts

Lessor’s Reliance. The Guarantor acknowledges and agrees that Lessor has relied upon Guarantor agreeing to sign this Guaranty as a condition of Lessor entering into the Lease, and this Guaranty shall be irrevocable during the initial lease term.
