Common use of Lessor's Remedies Cumulative Clause in Contracts

Lessor's Remedies Cumulative. All of the rights, powers and remedies of Lessor provided for in this Lease or now or hereafter existing at law or in equity, or by statute or otherwise, shall be deemed to be separate, distinct, cumulative and concurrent. No one or more of such rights, powers or remedies, nor any mention of reference to any one or more of them in this Lease, shall be deemed to be in the exclusion of, or a waiver of, any other rights, powers or remedies provided for in this Lease, or now or hereafter existing at law or in equity, or by statute or otherwise. The exercise or enforcement by Lessor of any one or more of such rights, powers or remedies shall not preclude the simultaneous or later exercise or enforcement by Lessor of any or all of such other rights, powers or remedies.
