LESSOR'S RIGHT OF ENTRY. Lessor shall have the right, at all reasonable hours, to enter the Leased Premises for the following reasons: inspection; cleaning or making repairs, or alterations or additions as Lessor may deem necessary or desirable, whether to the Leased premises or to other portions of the Building; determining Lessee's use of the Leased Premises or determining if an act of default under this Lease has occurred; or showing the Leased Premises to any existing or prospective mortgagee or purchaser of the Building.
