At any time after six (6) months prior to the termination of the Lease, Lessor shall be permitted to place any usual or ordinary “To Let”, “To Lease”, or “For Sale” signs on the Premises. Lessor agrees not to place or allow to be placed any political signs on or about the Premises or at normal access points to the Premises located on Lessor’s Property.
