Common use of LESSOR'S RIGHT Clause in Contracts

LESSOR'S RIGHT. Lessor or its duly authorized representatives, or agents may enter upon said Premises at reasonable times during the term of this Lease for the purpose of determining whether Lessee is in compliance with the terms and conditions of the Lease or for any other purpose incidental to the rights of Xxxxxx.

LESSOR'S RIGHT. Lessor or its duly authorized representatives, or agents may enter upon said Premises at reasonable times and with reasonable notice during the term of this Lease for the purpose of determining whether Lessee is in compliance with the terms and conditions of the Lease or for any other purpose incidental to the rights of Lessor. Such rights include the right to show the Premises to prospective purchasers, lenders, appraisers, inspectors, engineers, etc. at reasonable times after prior notice to Xxxxxx.
