Common use of Lessor’s Rights Clause in Contracts

Lessor’s Rights. Notwithstanding anything stated in Section 6.1 hereof, the Lessor may from time to time conduct such maintenance and repairs of the Premises as Lessor deems necessary. Lessor shall submit to Lessee a statement of the costs and expenses of such maintenance and repairs, and Lessee agrees to pay to Lessor such costs together with the next Rent installment.
