Common use of Lessor's Termination Right Clause in Contracts

Lessor's Termination Right. In the event that (a) the agreement -------------------------- between Lessor or Lessee with respect to Lessee's performance of production, test and shipping functions for Lessor terminates for any reason, or (b) Lessee for any reason ceases carrying out such functions in the Premises, Lessor shall have the right at any time thereafter to terminate this Lease by delivering at least thirty (30) days prior written notice hereof to Lessee.
