Lessor warrants that (1) the Aircraft shall be delivered to Lessee in airworthy condition; (2) the Aircraft is properly registered in accordance with U.S. law; and (3) Lessor is a citizen of the United States of America as set forth in 49 U.S.C. Section 40102(15) and the regulations thereunder.
