Letter of Approval to Operate. Should the GOVERNING AUTHORITY elect to move the Community School to a new location, the GOVERNING AUTHORITY shall neither commence school operations nor, in the new location, begin classes for students until it has received a letter of approval to operate ("Letter of Approval") issued by the SPONSOR, the requirements of which are attached hereto as Exhibit 5 and incorporated by reference as if fully written herein, and any other health and safety certificates or documentation required by the appropriate governmental agency.
