LETTER OF CREDIT AND ALTERNATE CREDIT FACILITY. (a) The Company shall arrange for a Letter of Credit or an Alternate Credit Facility to be in effect at all times with such terms and conditions as required under Sections 6.14 and 6.15 of the Indenture. Such Letter of Credit or Alternate Credit Facility must be delivered to the Trustee by the Company not later than 10:30 a.m., New York time, on the fifth Business Day preceding the date the then existing Letter of Credit or Alternate Credit Facility is to expire by its terms.
