Common use of Letter of Credit and Alternative Letter of Credit Reports Clause in Contracts

Letter of Credit and Alternative Letter of Credit Reports. For so long as any Letter of Credit or Alternative Letter of Credit issued by an L/C Issuer or Alternative L/C Issuer, as applicable, is outstanding, such L/C Issuer or Alternative L/C Issuer, as applicable, shall deliver to the Administrative Agent on the last Business Day of each calendar month, and on each date that an L/C Credit Extension occurs with respect to any such Letter of Credit or Alternative Letter of Credit, a report in the form of Exhibit J, appropriately completed with the information for every outstanding Letter of Credit or Alternative Letter of Credit issued by such L/C Issuer or Alternative L/C Issuer, as applicable.
