Common use of Letter of Credit Expenses Clause in Contracts

Letter of Credit Expenses. The Company shall pay to each Issuing Bank, for its own account, such commission, issuance fees, transfer fees and other fees and charges in connection with the issuance or administration of the Letters of Credit issued by it as the Company and such Issuing Bank shall agree.
