Letter of Credit Fronting Fee. Borrower shall pay to Letter of Credit Issuer a non-refundable, one-time Fronting Fee equal to .125% of the face amount of each Letter of Credit issued by Letter of Credit Issuer. The Fronting Fee due for any Letter of Credit shall be payable in advance, commencing on the issuance date of such Letter of Credit.
