Common use of LETTER OF CREDIT PROVIDERS Clause in Contracts

LETTER OF CREDIT PROVIDERS. The Series 1997-1 Letter of Credit Provider acknowledges and agrees that the Lessees may obtain Series 1997-1 Letter of Credit Provider commitments from additional Series 1997-1 Letter of Credit Providers from time to time, provided such commitments are, unless the Series 1997-1 Letter of Credit Provider otherwise consents, on the same terms and provisions as this Agreement and provide for obligations that rank pari passu with each Lessee's obligations hereunder.

The Series 19972000-1 Letter of Credit Provider acknowledges and agrees that the Lessees may obtain Series 19972000-1 Letter of Credit Provider commitments from additional Series 19972000-1 Letter of Credit Providers from time to time, provided such commitments are, unless the Series 19972000-1 Letter of Credit Provider otherwise consents, on the same terms and provisions as this Agreement and provide for obligations that rank pari passu with each Lessee's obligations hereunder.
