Common use of Letter of Credit Reports Clause in Contracts

Letter of Credit Reports. For so long as any Letter of Credit issued by an L/C Issuer is outstanding, such L/C Issuer shall deliver to the Administrative Agent on the last Business Day of each calendar month, and on each date that an L/C Credit Extension occurs with respect to any such Letter of Credit, a report in the form of Exhibit R, appropriately completed with the information for every outstanding Letter of Credit issued by such L/C Issuer.

Letter of Credit Reports. For so long as any Letter of Credit issued by an L/C Issuer is outstanding, such L/C Issuer shall deliver to the Administrative Agent on the last Business Day of each calendar month, and on each date that an L/C Credit Extension occurs with respect to any such Letter of Credit, a report in the form of Exhibit RK, appropriately completed with the information for every outstanding Letter of Credit issued by such L/C Issuer.

The Administrative Agent shall deliver to the Lenders on a quarterly basis a report in the form of Exhibit R, appropriately completed with the information for every all outstanding Letter Letters of Credit issued by such L/C IssuerCredit.

For so long as any Letter of Credit issued by an L/C Issuer is outstanding, such L/C Issuer shall deliver to the Administrative Agent on On (i) the last Business Day of each calendar month, and on (ii) each date that an L/C Credit Extension occurs with respect to any such Letter of Credit, the L/C Issuer shall deliver to the Administrative Agent a written report in the form of Exhibit RK hereto, appropriately completed with the information for every outstanding Letter of Credit issued by such the L/C IssuerIssuer that is outstanding hereunder.
