Common use of Letter of Credit Request Clause in Contracts

Letter of Credit Request. The Borrower shall also execute and deliver such customary letter of credit application forms as requested from time to time by such Fronting Bank. Such application forms shall indicate the identity of the Account Party and that the Borrower is the “Applicant” or shall otherwise indicate that the Borrower is the obligor in respect of any Letter of Credit to be issued thereunder. If the terms or conditions of the application forms conflict with any provision of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall govern.
