Common use of Letter of Credit Requests; Notices of Issuance Clause in Contracts

Letter of Credit Requests; Notices of Issuance. (a) Whenever an Account Party desires that a Letter of Credit be issued for its account, such Account Party shall give the Administrative Agent and the respective Issuing Bank written notice thereof prior to 1:00 P.M. (New York time) at least five Business Days’ (or such shorter period as is acceptable to the respective Issuing Bank) prior to the proposed date of issuance (which shall be a Business Day). Each notice shall be in the form of Exhibit D (each, a “Letter of Credit Request”).
