Letter of Credit Requests. Whenever the Borrower desires that a Letter of Credit be issued for its account, it shall give the Administrative Agent and the Letter of Credit Issuer or Letter of Credit Issuers that are to issue same at least five Business Days' (or such lesser number of days as may be agreed to by the relevant Letter of Credit Issuer) written notice thereof. Each notice shall be executed by the Borrower and shall be in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto (each, a "Letter of Credit Request"). The Administrative Agent shall promptly transmit copies of each Letter of Credit Request to each Lender.
