Letter of Credit Transaction Charges. In addition to the Letter of Credit fee called for by Section 3.1(b) hereof, the Company further agrees to pay to the Bank such issuing, processing and transaction fees and charges as the Bank from time to time customarily imposes in connection with any issuance, amendment, cancellation, negotiation, and/or payment of any Letter of Credit and the drawings made thereunder.
