A letter to Tenants under the Leases and to the vendors under Contracts which are assumed by Buyer advising that future rent payments and invoices under Contracts are to be sent to Buyer at the address specified in Section 14.9 hereof or to such other address as Buyer shall specific prior to the Closing Date.
