Letting Deadline. The LPA agrees that it shall Let the Project no later than six (6) months after February 2021. The LPA may make a written request to the Secretary to the extend the deadline to Let the Project. In the Secretary’s sole discretion, the Secretary may either grant or deny the LPA’s request for an extension. If the LPA does not Let the Project no later than six (6) months after February 2021, the Secretary may cancel this Agreement.
